Objective: To observe the intervention"s effect after the intervention to the using of antibiotics prophylaxis in the clean surgery in our hospital last two years. Methods: Our hospital"s standard of the using of prophylactic antibiotics was formulated and the last month"s medical history was monthly checked regularly. By retrospectively study, the operation histories of 480 patients undergoing thyroidectomy, adenomammectomy, hernia repair and fracture reduction were randomly selected. Statistics and analyze the data of these medical records. Results: Not only the selection of the antibiotics but also the using days of the antibiotics have made a lot of progress. The rational using of Antbiotics prophylaxis in undergone clean surgery pass the rate of more than 95%. Conclusion: The intervention of the using of the antibiotics in undergone clean surgery have achieved a significant result, but we still need strengthen the supervision of the using of antibiotics prophylaxis in undergone clean surgery.
