摘要：

Dialysis adequacy is one of the key factors associated with clinical outcomes in hemodialysis patients. However, given the fact that adequacy status in China is far from satisfactory – almost 1/3 of HD patient have spKt/V less than 1.2 – an advisory board meeting on hemodialysis adequacy was held to address this issue and develop solutions to improve hemodialysis adequacy and thus clinical outcome in Shanghai. Detailed data from SRRN was reviewed from 1999 to 2013. Mean spKt/V in 2013 was 1.43 and mean URR was 68%. Of the 9170 enrolled patients, 35.7% and 27.4% received HD doses of <65% and <1.2, respectively. Mean frequency of HD was 2.7 times per week, and weekly duration of HD was 10.9 hours, with 23.1% of the patients having a weekly duration <8 hours. Based on the situational analysis, a meeting consensus emerged. © Med Sci Tech.
