Objective To investigate the clinical and characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of minimal deviation adenocarcinoma of the cervix.Methods 13 cases of cervical minimal deviation adenocarcinoma in patients were treated from Sep1994-Dec2011 at Gynecology and Obstetrics Hospital.Clinical data and follow-up records were retrospectively analyzed.Results The main symptoms were water-like leucorrhea in vaginal discharge(38.5%), Bleeding after intercourse(36.4%) and irregular vaginal bleeding(36.4 %).6 cases were diagnosis by the biopsy and Leep examination.2 cases got the first definite diagnosis were endometrial adenocarcinoma and 5 cases were mucinous adenocarcinoma.1 cases got the finial definite diagnosis by second surgery.13 cases were treated with hysterectomy, part of the line double attachment and pelvic lymph node dissection.4 cases received preoperative chemotherapy, 7 cases underwent postoperative chemotherapy.All patients were followed up for 8 months to 11 years, survival was 8 months to 126 months.Conclusions Minimal deviation adenocinoma of the cervix is extremely rare cases.Early diagnosis is key, Early surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy and follow-up in time contribute to improve the prognosis.
